Mel Storer – Salon Creative Director and Owner

No.5 Hair Studio has now been established over 13 years. During which time it has built up a reputation for being a professional and welcoming salon for all guests. It now has a very extensive client base, mostly through recommendations.
No.5 Places a lot of importance on ongoing training both in-house and in London, especially with modern colour techniques.
As an award winning salon, great pride is taken with all services provided

Georgina Stearman - Stylist

Georgina's been working in hairdressing since the age of 14 . She has been a hairdressing apprenticeship for 2 years, then did a further year at theatre royal for their theatrical hair and makeup in this time. With a love for all aspects of hairdressing, colouring and hair ups and transforming guests in the salon, she is looking forward to working with our team at No.5. Where she hopes to learn and develop even more.

Peggy Arthurton - Stylist

Peggy joined with us in 2018 after leaving school. She has always wanted to be a hairdresser, and shows amazing passion and flair for it. She excelled in her first year obtaining a Distinction for her work and she is now doing her Level 3. We are excited for when she joins us on the floor as a fully fledged Hair Stylist.
